What we collect
Phone number and (optionally) name and email at signup. Charging session data: station, charger, connector, start/stop time, energy delivered, cost. Wallet top-up history. Approximate location (only when you grant it, used to surface nearby chargers).
Why we collect it
To operate the EVIT service: authenticate sessions, bill the wallet, show history, and (when permitted) to route you to the nearest available charger.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share with: the charging-station operator (CPO) on whose chargers you have an active session, payment gateways for the limited purpose of completing a transaction, and law-enforcement only when compelled.
Your rights (DPDP)
Under India’s DPDP Act 2023 you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, and to nominate a representative. Request erasure through the in-app support page; we will action within statutory timelines.
Cookies & storage
We use first-party storage (cookies, localStorage) only to keep you signed in, remember your language, and cache your tenant’s branding. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
