Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using EVIT you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. We may update these terms; we will notify you in-app for material changes.
Account & eligibility
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate contact information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Charging & payments
Tariffs are shown at the connector before you start a session. Sessions are billed in real time against your wallet (or your operator’s shadow account where applicable). Refunds for failed sessions are processed within 7 business days.
Acceptable use
Do not damage chargers, tamper with software, or attempt to access another user’s account. Violations may result in suspension and recovery of damages.
Limitation of liability
EVIT is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for damages arising from third-party charger faults, network outages, or external payment failures beyond statutory minimums.
